Throughout her time in the sector, it become clear to her how important our understanding of social & emotional wellbeing is to having high quality Education & Care settings. She has studied attachment, relationships, trauma, wellbeing & mental health for the past 7 years.
Chloe holds a Bachelor of Psychology, alongside a Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care. She is also currently completing the Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced).
Chloe has worked in Inclusion Support, training & consultancy for the past 5 years. Her work in supporting educators is influenced by the work of Dr Dan Siegel, Circle of Security, Marte Meo & the broad tenets of attachment theory & trauma-informed practice. Chloe strongly believes that educators have the capacity to truly change the world, starting with creating education & care spaces that are deeply empathy, responsive & in tune with children’s social & emotional needs.
When she is not working, Chloe enjoys spending time with her husband & her two dogs, reading non-fiction & doing yoga in her pyjamas!
