This workshop will give participants a chance to reflect on the difference between 'active supervision' and 'passive supervision'. Explore the importance of finding a balance between child-led play and adult-led play in OSHC setting and how to be successful in these. Participants will leave with practical strategies and recommendations of their routines and environments.
