Service Description

This exclusive 7 week deep-dive will explore topics including: - leadership styles - guiding teams through ongoing critical reflection - connecting with other professionals, such as allied health - being an emotionally intelligent leader - and SO much more! One of our Child Development Practitioners will hold space for this group to gather online for one hour per week for 7 weeks, where we will learn, share ideas, reflect and hear from guest speakers. Participants will work through activities each week, and receive additional resources for further learning after each session.
