Service Description
This workshop will support participants to reflect on their role as an Educator. Participants will be supported to explore behaviours within the context of trauma and as a form of communication. Particular attention is given to identifying early warning signs of dysregulation and working in a preventative (rather than reactive) manner. Using a strengths-based approach, Educators will be supported to critically reflect and identify areas within the service which could be improved using a trauma-informed lens.
Cancelation Policy
Please note that this policy does not apply to free sessions. A participant must notify Connect.Ed by email if they wish to cancel their attendance at a professional development session.
