Alexia
Speech Pathologist
Alexia has a Bachelors in Speech Pathology and a Masters in Inclusive and Specialised Education. She currently has experience in supporting children within a variety of areas such as speech, language, social and emotional communication, fluency and AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication). Alexia also has experience as a Clinical Educator at Flinders University within the Early Intervention and Fluency clinics.
Alexia has several years of experience in supporting children with a range of diverse needs integrating AAC devices such as LAMP, PODD and proloquo2go in order to increase communication skills. Utilising a variety of formal and informal assessments she is able to collaborate with caregivers to determine goals and develop the skills families and clients need to be and feel successful in everyday life. She is also trained in Sounds-Write phonics literacy program.

In her spare time, Alexia loves to watch movies, read and spend time with her friends and family.
