Circle of Security (CoS)

The Circle of Security Parenting program is an evidence-based, internationally recognised framework designed to strengthen attachment and security between caregivers and children. Grounded in decades of research, this program helps caregivers better understand their child’s emotional needs and how to respond in ways that build trust, safety, and resilience.

Key topics include:
• Understanding your child’s emotional world
• Recognising and responding to attachment needs
• Supporting secure relationships through connection and reflection
• Exploring how your own experiences influence your caregiving

This program runs across 8 sessions, typically delivered weekly. Each session is approximately 1.5 hours long and can be facilitated in person or online, either individually or in a small group format.
