Relationships are at the heart of children's learning, development and wellbeing.
Circle of Security Classroom® helps educators understand why children behave the way they do by exploring the attachment needs that sit beneath behaviour.
Rather than focusing on behaviour management, educators learn how to recognise children's emotional needs, strengthen secure relationships and create environments where children feel safe enough to explore, learn and grow.
Delivered as a structured professional learning program, Circle of Security Classroom® supports educators to gradually integrate attachment-informed practice into everyday routines, transitions and interactions with children.

Across eight interactive sessions, educators explore:

- applying Circle of Security principles within everyday early childhood practice
Between sessions, educators are encouraged to apply their learning, reflect on their experiences and discuss practical implementation with colleagues, helping embed the framework across the whole service.

Circle of Security Classroom® is typically delivered fortnightly or monthly, allowing educators to trial new approaches between sessions and return with questions, reflections and real-world experiences. This gradual approach helps translate theory into confident everyday practice.

Circle of Security Classroom® is delivered as a structured 16-hour professional learning program, typically comprising eight 2-hour sessions for up to 30 educators. Sessions can be scheduled during working hours or after hours to align with your team's availability.
