Breath Ball (Hoberman Sphere)

The Breath Ball is a fantastic way to turn the teaching of mindfulness, through deep, calm and controlled breathing, in to a fun and engaging activity for children. The colourful geodesic sphere expands and contracts, helping children to visualise the movement of our chest and lungs as we breathe.
